Staying in Control – Resilience Training

Delivered by Ross Miller, an accredited Mental Heath First Aid Instructor and Mindset, Language and Actions trainer, our Staying in Control session draws upon a range of sources including internationally recognised Neuro Linguist Programming (NLP) approaches to explore the links between emotional intelligence, positive actions, stress coping mechanisms, increasing our own resilience and how powerful hope for the future can be.

The 2 hour session will provide a foundation to build further understanding and awareness of our own mindset; how this links to our own levels of resilience and how this impacts both the actions we take and those arounds us. We will also provide you with some practical tools and techniques to use in the real world that will help deal more resiliently with what life throws at us.
