Staff Counselling

Support Line is a flexible counselling service that aims to offer support for someone that is going through a difficult period in a professional and fully confidential manner.

We can provide employee assistance programmes that deliver fully BACP accredited counselling, talking therapies and support to staff when they need it most.

Our Support Line service is designed to be fast, responsive, and confidential, allowing employees to self refer for up to 7 support sessions per year and can be used for any reason, whether that is to deal with work related stress, personal anxiety, mental health issues, relationship problems, bereavement help, trauma support and much more.

Our service also recognises that sometimes in order to help our staff, we need to help those closest to them too. This is why our Support Line service allows for sessions to be transferred to close family members too, as well as provide couples and family support if needed.

Support Line is a flexible way of implementing an Employee Assistance Programme with Pay-as-you-Go and annual contract options available, providing full coverage for the whole staff base at a fixed cost.
