TALENT STREAM - Coming soon!

With January already nearly over and the spring term right around the corner, Kent-Teach’s national recruitment project is ready to be kicked off to help schools with their September 2015 recruitment.
Over the years here at Kent-Teach, we have looked to support our schools who have struggled with recruiting good quality teachers or hard to fill posts in a number of ways. Some of you may have even visited Belfast and Dublin with us to recruit some Irish teacher’s into your schools.
This year we have been working to bring you a program that we feel you will be able to utilise in a situation where you are struggling to recruit or looking for exceptional talent. Kent-Teach’s#myfutureisbright campaign has followed the team on their trail to locate top teaching talent across the UK and Ireland. We’ve so far visited over 15 universities nation wide to meet final year teacher training students in both the primary and secondary phase and still have more students to meet over the coming months. Additionally, we have taken part in workshops, webinars and presented to these students highlighting the diverse and exciting opportunities Kent has to offer a newly qualified teacher- We hope you will agree.
Our NEW Talent Stream…
Our main focus this year has been to give schools a pool of teachers they can tap into. Kent-Teach present you the Kent-Teach Talent Stream, a stream of teachers who have expressed a strong desire to work in Kent, who have undergone profiling and we know are exceptional teachers through preliminary interviewing with Kent’s School Improvement advisors. Our new talent stream is set to go live in February meaning schools can place a talent stream request from their profile. Users of Kent-Teach will start to see some changes to their member page- so watch this space.
Kent-Teach will strive to support you as best we can during this recruitment period and present you with a number of other services to help you with your recruitment:
• Social media packages to get a buzz around your vacancies
• Content writing for your adverts
• Talent Event in Belfast- meet and interview Irish Teaching Talent
Our advice to you this recruitment period is to be proactive with your recruitment, it’s now that final year teacher training students are starting to look to secure their first teaching position.
