Easter Cadbury Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

For Easter this year, we’re asking you to share your favourite chocolate bar to be in with a chance of winning an Easter Egg Hamper.  

Here’s what to do:

1) Visit our social media (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok). You can enter up to 3 times (once on each platform: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).

2) Facebook and Instagram, comment what your favourite chocolate/chocolate bar is on the competition post. TikTok users, simply follow Kent Teach to be entered.

3) You're done! Wait to see if they're a winner.

Competition closes on 5pm on Wednesday 27th March 2024. If you win, we’ll contact you via your direct messages on your winning entries' social media platform, alternatively we will comment on the winning post asking you to get in touch within 24 hours, on Wednesday 27th March to arrange receiving your prize. When contacted, winning entrants must be able to provide their address before 28th March to arrange prize delivery.

Terms & Conditions:

1.       Open to UK residents only.

2.       Entrants must be 18 or over.

3.       Competition opens at 9:00am GMT on Wednesday 20th March 2024 and closes at 5pm GMT on Wednesday 27th March 2024. Entries made after this time will not be counted.

4.       Entries to be made via the comments section of the social media competition post on the Kent-Teach socials (any and all entries on promotional or reminder posts will not be counted).

5.       Multiple entries can be made per person across different platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with the condition that multiple entries on one social media post will not be counted.

6.       By commenting on the post, you understand and give permission for Kent-Teach to use your statement and name in other promotional materials and posts on the Kent-Teach website and social media accounts.

7.       Entries containing inappropriate, offensive, or abusive imagery or language will not be counted.

8.       There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

9.       The prize is as stated: a hamper of Cadbury Easter Eggs with the winner’s favourite chocolate bar/chocolate easter egg included. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

10.   Kent-Teach reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Kent-Teach’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11.   The winners will be randomly selected by an online generator, featuring entrant names, comments and Facebook profile images. This process may be recorded and posted on our social media channels. By commenting you are giving permission for us to share your name, image and comment.

12.   The winning entrants will be contacted via If you win, we’ll contact you via your direct messages on your winning entries' social media platform, alternatively we will comment on the winning post asking you to get in touch within 24 hours, before 14th February to arrange receiving your tickets. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not provide the required details by 11:59pm on Tuesday 13th February 2024, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The required details to be sent in this time are the name, email address and Kent educational establishment name.

13.   The winning entrants may not make amendments to the prize after dispatch. Any requests to change the prize’s recipient or quantity, or receive a refund will not be accepted.

14.   All entrants agree that if they win, they may be featured and tagged on our social media channels, including their names and Facebook profile pictures. Winners will be required to post a photo of their prize to their social media and give permission for this to be shared on Kent Teach platforms.

15.  Kent-Teach are not sponsored by Cadbury and have no affiliation with the company.

16.   Kent-Teach is not liable and will not take any responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that may occur to the prize in delivery.

17.   By entering this competition, the entrant is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
