As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school, helping children to access the curriculum and make excellent progress. • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans and interventions.
  • Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a safe, inclusive and purposeful learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with staff, pupils and families.
  • Be organised, flexible and proactive in supporting the wider life of the school, including undertaking playground and first aid duties as required.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the Christian ethos and values of our school.

In return, we can offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive school community.
  • Friendly, dedicated and experienced colleagues who work collaboratively.
  • Enthusiastic and well-behaved children who enjoy learning.
  • A beautiful rural setting with excellent outdoor learning opportunities, including our Forest School provision.
