King's Reach is a unique community; an authentic family where we do not limit how we educate our young people. Our approach and philosophy is firmly rooted in the principals of trauma informed practices, and through unconditional child-centred relationships, we seek to understand every young person’s story and unlock their unidentified aspirations, passions and innate potential. We nurture these by working with humility, warmth, love and integrity to inspire a belief in all our young people that they CAN achieve, grow and reach their potential despite their past experiences or starting points. We are a small school that is looking to grow and affect more young peoples lives. To do this we need to grow our staffing team.
