Job title: SEN Teaching Assistant 

Salary: £17,262 actual per annum  

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm Term time 

Contract type: Part time 32 hrs, Fixed term 

Reporting to: Head of House

Main Responsibilities 

  • Provide learning and care support for students that require two adults to support their learning and development.
  • Work with the student coach and tutors to plan and deliver lessons and activities as required for personal growth of the student.
  • Support students with routines, transitions and behaviour management.
  • Deliver learning through a variety of creative ways to maximise engagement.
