Complex Needs Provision Teacher

Required for September 2021

 Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS & SEN point

Due to the expansion of this outstanding provision, Glebe School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated teacher in The Den. This a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and inspiring individual to join the team following the school’s ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted grade, under the new framework, in December 2019.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, passionate and proactive SEN Teacher to join the complex needs provision and who has the drive and motivation to deliver an innovative, pastoral, and therapeutic curriculum. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of Special Education Needs and will demonstrate a commitment to the belief that all pupils can achieve and learn to their full potential, whatever their additional needs. Any candidate applying must be self-driven, team orientated and reflective.

Information about the school

Glebe School is situated in West Wickham in the London Borough of Bromley. It is an 11 – 19 secondary school of 240 students with moderate learning difficulties and complex special educational needs.

We are a supportive and inclusive community where each student is encouraged to gain the independence and confidence to achieve their goals through our individual, holistic approach.

We provide an environment that supports social, emotional and educational needs whilst reflecting, as much as possible, a mainstream secondary experience offering a broad and flexible curriculum.
