Meadowfield School is looking for a creative and motivated Assistant Principal to lead our Explore Pathway Primary Phase. Can you help us ensure that our growing school continues to deliver high-quality education as well as add value to our local community?

The successful candidate will be:

This Phase will consist of 13 classes in September, with 106 pupils. The main duties and responsibilities of this post include:

  • leadership and management
  • monitoring of the curriculum including evaluation of implementation and impact
  • ensuring high quality learning and teaching through robust monitoring processes
  • ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing for pupils and staff are of the highest standard
  • consistently modelling and promoting the school ethos and values

Meadowfield School, judged to be outstanding in all areas by Ofsted (April 2024), is proud of all of its work, including: • Our highly regarded inclusion and outreach service which supports all schools and settings throughout Swale, comprised of Meadowfield Inclusion and Development Centre (MIDAS) and our team of Specialist Teachers, who successfully support 58 schools and 73 early years settings across Swale, increasing capacity to meet the needs of pupils with additional needs.
