Our school values are very important to us as a whole school community. These are:- Teamwork, Kindness, Honesty, Respect and Understanding.
We serve pupils with profound, severe and complex needs, including autism. The school is comprised of:
- Early Years - which includes our Observation and Assessment Nursery called Honey Bees and Reception classes,
- IMPACTS classes - for pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties,
- Extended IMPACTS classes - for pupils who benefit from a more individual-led curriculum,
- Subject Led classes - for pupils who benefit from a more academic curriculum
- 6th Form - preparing pupils for their next steps
We currently serve pupils from the ages of three to nineteen, and pupil numbers are set to increase rapidly over the next year and beyond as we add more classes.

The Meadowfield Inclusion Development and Support (MIDAS) Centre is our highly regarded inclusion and outreach service which successfully supports 56 schools and 75 early years settings across Swale, increasing capacity to meet the needs of pupils with additional needs.
Across the school we have approximately 270 members of staff ranging from class based support staff, teachers, the Inclusion Team, Office and Admin Staff, Site Staff, ICT Department as well as our Leadership and Management Team.
