#TeacherWellbeingPledge competition

Kent-Teach are turning October into a wellbeing month and to get you teachers looking after your wellbeing we have a competition with a chance for you to win a fabulous Fitbit. In addition, we will give the winner and runner-ups the popular 'Every Teacher Matters' book, audio and DVD programmes, by Author and Teacher Trainer, Kathryn Lovewell. 

How to enter

It’s simple, all you have to do is to tell us your #TeacherWellbeingPledge in a short video during the month of October. 

You can post your video on our Twitter page, Facebook page, Instagram page or email it to kent.teach@kent.gov.uk and we can post it for you.

#TeacherWellbeingPledge competition Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. 

5. Closing date for entry will be 31 October 2016. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be considered.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8. The prize is as follows: A Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Wristband

9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all entries received. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered.

13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

16. The winner’s name will be available within 28 days after closing date on www.Kent-Teach.com or by emailing the following address: kent.teach@kent.gov.uk
