How to Look After Your Wellbeing as a Teacher - 24 October 2016

We all know how important wellbeing is but when you’re back at school, often it can feel there isn’t time to meditate, exercise or consider how to work differently so your inbox isn’t as full as your stationary drawer.

This Twitter Chat is to help you address these fallacies when it comes to your personal wellbeing at work. We have lined up an expert panel who will be discussing the issues and dispensing great advice to help you make sure that this is the school year you start and continue looking after yourself.

Put Monday, 24 October, 12pm in your diary so you’ll have front row seats to this key event.

How to join:

1) Sign in to Twitter

2) Follow @KentSchoolJobs (if you haven’t followed us already)

3) Tweet your question and ensure you include the #KTChat

4) Feel free to answer and comment on other responses by simply selecting “Reply” followed by your tweet.

You can start sending us your questions so they can be answered during the session, please email your questions to Rebecca.Taylor@kent.gov.uk

We look forward to seeing you online!
