Northfleet School for Girls are seeking to employ an Academic Life Coach on a temporary basis.

In this role you will support a targeted group of students (Year 10-13) to make improved progress by meeting regularly with them to identify and address underlying engagement issues, support them in planning their time, work and wider activities to ensure progress in school and through homework. The successsful candidate will liaise closely with teachers, parents and school leaders on progress being made by the students and will be very well supported by the Deputy Headteacher to ensure great progress is made.

The post is for 4 days per week but full time will be considered. It is a term time only contract for 39 weeks per year. The working pattern is 08:30 - 16:00 but there is some flexibiity on working hours and days for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed term contract until the end of the academic year 2021/2022.
