Our vision is that all students should "dream big and achieve" through the following:

• Continued oversubscription at both Year 7 and Year 12 (waiting lists Year 7 and Sixth Form entry)
• A key emphasis that we are not an exam factory, we seek to develop the whole person with equal importance to academic performance
• Valuing and developing our committed staff team through wellbeing support and further career opportunities
• A strong financial position allowing us to invest for the future
