Assistant Pastoral Support Manager
Kent Range 4
37 hours per week - 39 weeks per year - Term Time Only - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract
An exciting new role has become available for an Assistant Pastoral Support Manager at Aylesford School. Duties would include, but would not be limited to meeting with students to promote behaviour in lessons, assisting the Pastoral Team with parent/staff meetings, communicate with parents regarding student welfare and basic administration tasks.
The confidence to establish and maintain positive relationships with individual students and groups, enhancing links with teaching staff and external agencies in order to support students’ progress is extremely important.
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and engaging with the ability to recognise the importance of working with families in a positive way.
