Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a part-time position during school term time? 

St Katherine's School & Nursery is a busy three form of entry school and are part of a small multi-academy trust - Coppice Primary Partnership. We are looking to appoint an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Business Team.

The position is for 15 hours per week during school time.  Your hours would be 12.30pm to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. You will need to be flexible and able to cover staff absences in the mornings on occasions with flexibility to accommodate school events when needed.  Any additional hours agreed will be payable. 

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with excellent customer service skills.  Adaptability is the key as you will be working in a fast paced environment dealing with parents and carers, staff members and of course our pupils. 

You will embrace our ethos of excellence by working together with other team members to deliver the best service to all our stakeholders.   

As an experienced receptionist/administrator you will -

  • Be passionate about supporting our pupils, their families and our community
  • Ensure our pupils feel safe and valued
  • Enjoy working as a part of a team
  • Offer enthusiasm, energy and positivity to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and be willing to develop this area
  • Be a good communicator through all mediums
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Have experience in updating websites, social media platforms and generating text for these other forms of communication

St Katherine's School & Nursery is part of a friendly community, situated in Snodland. Together with Loose Primary School and Coxheath Primary School, it is a member of the Coppice Primary Partnership which is providing many exciting career opportunities for staff to explore.
