We are looking for an experienced full time Foundation Stage teacher, to join our team of highly motivated staff, initially on a one year maternity cover contract until February 2021. We need someone who has a strong working knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and assessment, believes that all children should be enabled to achieve their full potential and has a track record of supporting children to make good progress. 

We need someone with the enthusiasm to bring learning alive, the ability to differentiate the curriculum to meet individual needs and fit in with our positive school ethos. We are striving to ensure that all our children have a happy start to their school life and leave us feeling confident and ready for their next steps.

Information about the school

Borden Church of England School is a small school situated in the village of Borden, just outside Sittingbourne in Kent and we are proud to be part of Our Community Multi Academy Trust - OCMAT. We have approximately 120 pupils in 5 mixed age classes.

The children are encouraged to work hard to achieve their potential and are inspired to take pride in their achievements.

We love finding new ways to learn and improve. Our teachers, parents/carers and governors provide guidance to achieve the highest standards we all expect of each other.
