Our Community Multi Academy Trust

Sittingbourne

Trust Description

At the heart of Our Community Multi Academy Trust’s vision is a belief in educational excellence enabling all children to develop and thrive academically, socially, culturally and spiritually in the safest environments possible.

We believe that it takes an entire educational community to prepare every child to be the model citizens of tomorrow by equipping our children with the key skills and attributes required for an ever-evolving global society.

Children are at the front and centre of Our Community Multi Academy Trust. A child gets one chance of a primary education. Our role is to ensure that our children make the most of every opportunity by enabling our schools to aspire to and achieve the highest standards of education and care.

Our Community Multi Academy Trust is a church majority MAT comprising four Church of England Primary schools; two small village primary schools; a 1 form entry primary school; a 1.5 form entry primary school; a 3-form entry infant school; and a 3-form entry junior school. The Acorns Centre, a specialist resource provision for children with speech and language difficulties is shared by the infant and junior school.

As a Trust, we believe staff wellbeing is of high importance and we want all members of our team to feel appreciated and supported. We also offer access to rewards, benefits and discounts.

If your application is shortlisted, the Trust reserves the right to conduct an online search as part of our safer recruitment checks in line with KCSIE guidance. Any relevant information found with regards to a candidates suitability to work with children will be discussed at interview.
