We are seeking an exceptional, organised and enthusiastic Science Technician to join our dedicated department, with a strong teamwork ethic and a passionate commitment to safely improving practical skills and academic attainment.

We offer a full science curriculum, which includes Triple Science at KS4 and Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at A-level. As a Science Technician, you will be crucial to ensuring our laboratories are fully equipped so every child consistently receives high-quality, hands-on learning experiences.

The Sittingbourne School is a large, oversubscribed school built on a strong sense of community, making us a warm and very special place to be part of. They also commented on how, “Pupils are proud of how tolerant and supportive their school is” and that, “The vast majority of pupils behave well in school”. The school was graded as “Good” for the third successive inspection.

We appreciate the challenges teachers face and we do all we can to reduce unnecessary workload and cut down on bureaucracy.
