Part time, 10 hours per week over 2 days (during school hours, Term time (39 weeks))

Salary: KSC- £25,252- £26,262 FTE which equates to £5,948 to £6,186 pro rata including payment for annual leave

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting pupils’ health and wellbeing? Meadowfield School is looking for a dedicated IHCP Administrator to join our friendly team.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Individual Healthcare Plans (IHCPs) for our 400 pupils, working closely with staff, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure every child’s needs are met. You’ll play a key part in safeguarding and supporting our pupils, making a real difference in their school experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in administration (preferably in schools or healthcare)
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills
  • A commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
