We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed office administrator to our dedicated team in the school office.  We are seeking someone who is experienced, dynamic and self-motivated and can demonstrate the following skills:

  • Have recent, relevant administrative experience, preferably in a school setting
  • Have good keyboard skills and ideally knowledge of word and excel
  • The ability to work on own initiative with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and observe data protection regulations
  • Be able to work as part of a team with a good sense of humour
  • A knowledge and understanding of schools' computer systems, in particular Arbor, is desirable although training will be provided.
  • A First Aid certificate would also be desirable but not essential.

The school office opening times are 7:30am until 4:30pm. The post is for 25 hours per week (term time plus an additional five days - 39 weeks per annum) at KSA, preferably to commence in Term 2. 

The working pattern for the post will be discussed further at interview.
