Could you be our new Administrative Manager? 

We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable Administrative Manager to carry out a range of duties to ensure the smooth and successful operation of our fantastic and welcoming school. You will need excellent IT, interpersonal and literacy skills, possess confidence and initiative and a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of our school. The post involves the management and monitoring of school attendance on a day to day basis, dealing with admissions, maintaining and updating records and carrying out a wide range of administrative duties that are a key part of the day to day life of our school.

Previous school office experience and experience of using Office 365 would be an advantage. We offer a positive and thriving school environment, a great staff team and a commitment to continuing professional development.  

Salary Scale:  Veritas Range B - D term time only (plus 5 days). This equates to £21901.01 - £24155.96 pro rata (FTE is £25,126 - £27,713

Our school has been part of the Veritas Multi Academy Trust since May 2018. Ofsted report September 2022 rates our school as GOOD with an OUTSTANDING Early Years. Our irresistible curriculum and inclusive ethos ensures that all children achieve their potential.

The school is situated in the beautiful city of Canterbury, benefitting from many excellent cultural opportunities. We have wonderful grounds, including a forest school. Learning outside the classroom is a school priority.

We are on an exciting journey to rebuild our school and are working with the Department for Education on a new build project. We will be moving into our new building in Dec 2025.
