St. Peters are looking for a Midday Meals Supervisor for 5 hours per week during term time to work with our children from Reception to Year 2.This is a part-time appointment 38 weeks per year, 12 noon to 1pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this is a fixed term position for 1 year.

The successful applicant will have good interpersonal skills, positive behaviour management strategies and the ability to show initiative. They must be prepared to oversee children whilst eating and playing and lead games outside with the Foundation Stage and Key Stage One. An up-to-date First Aid certificate would be an advantage but we will provide training for the right candidate.

 

Are you:

  • caring and able to support and lead children in their play;
  • able to demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies;
  • able to work with Foundation Stage and Key Stage One children, preferably with relevant experience of these age groups;
  • able to work collaboratively with staff, parents, governors and the wider community?
