We are looking to appoint a caring, organised and enthusiastic Wrap Around Care Leader to run our Before and After School provision from September 2025. This is a permanent, part-time position.

If you are passionate about providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children outside of school hours, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to supporting the wellbeing and development of every child, then Wittersham could be the school for you.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Is organised, reliable and confident in leading a small team

  • Brings warmth, energy and creativity to the role

  • Can plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities

  • Is able to manage routines including snacks, registration and end-of-day handovers

  • Builds positive relationships with children, families and staff

  • Will support our Christian ethos and values of courage, compassion and cooperation

Demonstrates excellent organisation and communication skills

Will support our Christian ethos and the development of the whole child

Is confident managing daily routines such as registration, snack preparation, and handovers with families

SIAMS Inspection – November 2024 Wittersham was judged ‘Outstanding’ in our 2017 Church inspection (SIAMS), and in our most recent inspection in November 2024, our strong Christian ethos and values were once again celebrated.
