Alternative to Suspension Unit (ASU) Co-Leader / Duty Manager

We are seeking to appoint an Alternative to Suspension Unit (ASU) Co-Leader / Duty Manager to share the responsbility for leading a successful ASU Unit. Responsibilities include supervising students who have been referred to the unit, ensuring that students are offered coaching and therapeutic support to improve engagement and to act as school Duty Manager.

This is a permanent post for 37 hours per week and term time only (39 weeks per year). The working pattern is 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 16:00 on Friday.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience of working in an educational environment or setting and in particular SEMH provisions and programmes.
