Job role: Creative Design Technician

Salary:FMAT Band C Point 1 £23,293.00 p.a. FTE (£21,422.28pro rata p.a)

Contract Status:Permanent

Contract Start Date February 2024

Hours: 36.25 Hours, Monday – Friday

8.15am – 4.00pm & Friday Term Time plus 4 weeks to include training days

Closing date: Sunday 25th February – 5pm

Fulston Manor Academies Trust is looking to recruit an Art and Design Technology Technician.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative individual who has a love for problem solving and enjoys ‘thinking outside of the box’ to undertake the role of Art and Design Technology Technician within the Creative Design Technology faculty. We are looking for someone who can play an active role in contributing to the already high standards within this team and who will bring their own set of unique and valuable skills.

The successful candidate must have a high standard of general education, including English (written and spoken) and Maths (or equivalent) at GCSE grade C or above/5 or above, as well as excellent IT and interpersonal skills. They should be adaptable and flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team to complete tasks conscientiously and to a high standard.
