14+ Transition Liaison

We are looking to recruit a 14+ Transition Liaison to support pupils with their transition to post 16 education, training or employment enabling them to move onto the next stage in their lives. This role will support pupil transition to college, the co-ordination of work experience and the delivery of careers education and guidance.

This role is term time only plus training days for 32.75 hours per week.

Kent Range 6 Pro-rota to £21,801 - £23,262 per annum pro rata.

This role is also entitled to SENA (Special Educational Needs Allowance) which is at the current rate of £1,323.00 per annum.

Information about the school

Laleham Gap is a Communication and Interaction Special School. We have pupils aged from 4 to 18 years of age. Most of our pupils have a diagnosis of Autism. All pupils have an EHCP. Most pupils will achieve some GCSEs or equivalent at age 16. Laleham Gap is a new, high quality and well-resourced environment and the opportunity to work with an established, experienced and highly motivated team.
