We are looking for a positive and skilled individual to work with us to support our youngest children (EYFS and KS1) with their pastoral and special educational needs.

Do you...

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of children's needs, and strive to find solutions to overcome challenges?
  • Have the aspiration and initiative to ensure best possible provision and improve outcomes for children?
  • Have an interest in special educational needs, including SEMH and have the desire to further your knowledge and experience?
  • Have patience and resilience, and the ability to "think outside the box?"
  • Want to work in a well-resourced setting, with supportive and collaborative colleagues
  • Have a good standard of education, with a minimum requirement of English and Mathematics at GCSE (C) or equivalent.
  • Be a team player, willing to share ideas and spread happiness (with a good sense of humour)
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in, and sensitivity to children.  You will be expected to have a positive impact on the children you work with, and the school as a whole.

The post is 39 weeks a year, 34 hours a week. The salary is KR6 (£21801-£23262 FTE), but please note this will be pro rata.
