Northfleet School for Girls is a vibrant and caring school which is on a very exciting journey. Over recent years we have been growing rapidly (46% increase in student roll since 2017).

Dream Big – Trips, Events and Parents Evening Co-ordinator  

We are seeking to appoint a Dream Big - Trips, Events and Parents Evening Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of the Dream Big programme. 

The post is for 37 hours per week and 40 weeks per year (39 weeks during term time plus 1 week in the Summer break for Summer School). The working pattern is 08:00 - 16:00 on Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30 on a Friday.

This role will see you developing a wide range of trips and events which support strong personal development for all students. The post holder will liaise closely with the Work Experience, Clubs and Dream Big Co-ordinator.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of organising trips and events in an educational setting or previous experience of planning, organising, and managing large events (public or private sector).
