Luddenham is a one form entry school with 210 pupils. Set in beautiful countryside near to the historic town of Faversham the school enjoys excellent facilities having moved in to new buildings in 2004.
The school has:

- Our children are looking for a Head Teacher who will be energetic, innovative, supportive and have a good sense of humour.
- Our parents are looking for a Head Teacher who will be approachable, enthusiastic and able to communicate effectively.
- Our staff are looking for a Head Teacher with strong leadership skills, who is able to maintain a positive working atmosphere whilst managing change.
- Our governors are looking for a Head Teacher who has a passion for learning and teaching and who can inspire and motivate the whole school community.
