The school is situated within the heart of the beautiful village of Mersham, 3 miles east of Ashford. Mersham is a relatively large village and is located in rural surroundings and within miles of wonderful country side. 

Mersham includes two good quality local pubs including good food and a selection of real ales. There is also a village store and post office. 

The village has a thriving sense of community, with many local clubs and societies, a bi-annual Village Fete and many other events throughout the year. 

There are numerous public footpaths in the area, including routes through the Mersham Le Hatch Estate, which is within the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 

Mersham is close to superb transport links, with M20 motorway, the Ashford International Railway Station and Eurotunnel all within 5 miles.
