The Trustees of Graveney Primary School are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher with whom our school’s ethos, vision and values clearly resonate. The school welcomed Ofsted in 2023, and we are proud to be continue to be recognised as a “Good” school. It is now ready to move into its next chapter of growth and development. To lead this initiative, we are seeking applications from leaders who can inspire and deliver a clearly articulated vision and do so with integrity, vigour and true sense of community.

We are looking for:
Whether you are an existing head or looking for a step up into headship Graveney will give you an opportunity to work collaboratively with existing staff and trustees, as well as develop the school and learning environment for the future.
We have a fantastic network within the local community, including collaborative working with other schools in the local area to ensure you are supported and have a network. Being a smaller than average school you will have a real sense of community and working with Trustees an opportunity shape and develop the learning environment.
