Lead Our School into the Future – Join Us as Our New Headteacher

Are you a passionate and inspirational leader ready to make a difference? We are seeking an exceptional individual to guide our school with vision, dedication, and a deep commitment to the values that shape our ethos.

Why Join Us?

Our school is a warm and vibrant community, where staff, pupils, and families work together to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Rooted in our Christian values of Love, Respect, and Responsibility, we are committed to providing a holistic education that enables every child to flourish academically, morally, and spiritually. We firmly believe that happy learners are motivated learners, so we balance fun and education to ensure that children enjoy their learning while receiving the best possible support.

We are proud to be part of a collaboration of four neighbouring church schools, where the Headteachers work together to share expertise, develop best practices, and enhance learning opportunities for both staff and pupils. This partnership strengthens our ability to provide the highest quality education while fostering a supportive professional network for our leadership team.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our Music Mark accreditation, recognising our dedication to high-quality music education, and our ongoing work towards Nurture UK accreditation, reinforcing our focus on supporting the emotional well-being and development of every child. Our most recent Ofsted inspection rated us as ‘Good’, highlighting the exceptional behaviour of our pupils and the dedication of our staff. Our school is a place where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to achieve their full potential. We strive to develop learners who are curious, motivated, creative, cooperative, persevering, and independent—skills that will support them throughout their lives.

The Role

As our new Headteacher, you will:
  • Lead with vision and integrity, ensuring that our school continues to provide a caring and stimulating learning environment.
  • Shape the curriculum and expand extra-curricular opportunities, ensuring all pupils receive a well-rounded education that meets their academic and personal development needs.
  • Foster strong relationships across the school community, working closely with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and our church.
  • Champion mental health and well-being, ensuring every child feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to reach their full potential.
  • Manage budgets and resourcing effectively, ensuring the financial sustainability of the school.
  • Inspire staff and pupils to embrace our values and take an active role in shaping a better future for all.
  • Collaborate with leaders from our partner schools, gaining valuable insights and working collectively to drive improvement across our shared educational community.

A Supportive and Committed Governing Body

We recognise that strong leadership flourishes with the right support. Our governing body is fully committed to working alongside the successful candidate, offering guidance, encouragement, and the resources needed to continue our school’s journey of excellence. You will not be alone; you will be part of a dedicated team that believes in your vision and is ready to support your ambitions for our school.

Could You Be Our Next Headteacher?

We welcome applications from both experienced Headteachers and those looking to take the next step in their career.

If you have the drive, experience, and enthusiasm to lead our school with compassion and excellence, we would love for you to visit us and see what we have to offer. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a thriving school community and make a lasting impact on the lives of our children.
