The Enterprise Learning Alliance is an innovative school that offers students across all Key Stages an involving, engaging and broad curriculum. The School has educational provision in both the Thanet and Dover District
Working closely with local schools and agencies, the school operates across several sites in the Thanet and Dover area providing individual learning pathways to allow pupils to achieve positive outcomes.
The Enterprise Learning Alliance educates pupils between the ages of 11-16 in both full time and respite education. The school has also developed an innovative and successful outreach service for local schools.

Being rated as good in its last Ofsted in 2024 inspection the Enterprise Learning Alliance is dedicated to the development of good and outstanding teaching and learning.
The Enterprise Learning alliance values all staff members and invests in their personal and professional development. The Enterprise Learning Alliance has built strong working relationships with schools in the locality and shares expertise and CPD with schools in both districts.
As a school we value staff wellbeing. We have an active staff well-being Committee and offer various packages like Gym memberships to support staff well-being.
The Enterprise Learning Alliance is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and all posts at ELA are therefore subject to an enhanced DBS/CRB clearance and relevant references being received. In line with KCSIE 2024 guidance and as part of the shortlisting process, the ELA reserves the right to conduct an online search on shortlisted candidates as part of our due diligence and any relevant information found concerning a candidates suitability to work with children will be discussed at interview stage.
