We are a semi-rural school with well resourced and spacious buildings and grounds, situated close to Brands Hatch.
Our children are polite, enthusiastic, well-behaved and well motivated and our staff team is supportive and friendly. Teachers have high expectations and are dedicated to maintaining our high standards.
St. Edmund's Church of England Primary School is at the heart of the village community and plays an important part in community life. There are very strong links with St Edmund's Church.
We were graded as Good in every category in our most recent OFSTED inspection and our SIAMS Church inspection.
We are part of The Compass Federation; three schools linked together including St. Paul's Church of England Primary School, Swanley Village and Dunton Green Primary School, Sevenoaks and enjoy a positive relationship with them. Our Federation vision of 'One Child. One Chance' mean that no child gets left behind in our quest to give them the very best primary education. We are also working alongside MAST, a multi-academy Trust with schools based in Medway.
