We are a Good rated school, with a reputation for very high standards of achievement, teaching and learning and pastoral care.

Positive relationships and team work are very important to us and we are very much at the heart of our community, working closely with our local church, Holy Cross.

Our recent diocese inspection (May 2026) reported that we are living up to our foundation as a Church school and are enabling pupils and adults to flourish.

Our latest Ofsted inspection (February 2023) highlighted:

Pupils are joyful and safe in this nurturing school. Children make a strong start in early years, where the school's exceptional pastoral care begins. Pupils feel special and highly valued. Staff are dedicated to finding unique talents in every pupil.

The school roll is currently 256 pupils, spread over nine classes (three classes per year group).
