Temple Ewell CEP School

School Description

Temple Ewell Church Of England Primary School is committed to safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all trustees, staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced Criminal Record Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service along with other relevant employment checks, online recruitment checks and overseas criminal background checks, where applicable. All new trustees, employees and volunteers will be required to undertake safeguarding training on induction which will be regularly updated in line with statutory guidance.

Please note that references will be requested prior to interview; at least one reference must be from your most recent employer. An online search will be carried out for all short-listed applicants. Candidates who are invited for interview will be required to bring with them photo ID (either a valid driving licence or passport).

We are a popular village, church school with a roll of about 150. Our children consistently perform well, with our end of Key Stage 2 results being placed in the top 10% for Kent for the last 3 years. We currently hold the Inclusion Quality Mark with Flagship status.

Our Christian values are FAITH (Forgiveness, Acceptance, Inspiration, Trust, Hope).

We are a small, supportive community with excellent links with our church and parish.
