White Cliffs Primary and Nursery School is a happy and highly rewarding place to work and learn and shares a wonderful team spirit. Staff are passionate about realising the full potential of every child in our care. They are dedicated to achieving the highest possible standard.
White Cliffs has a proven track record and an excellent reputation for developing staff at all levels. We offer incredible CPD and training opportunities at White Cliffs and throughout the Trust.
The school is situated in the St. Radigund’s area of Dover. Overlooking the Coombe Valley, the school enjoys stunning views of Dover Castle and beautiful countryside.
We are a two-form entry primary school with the very popular Pebbles Nursery.
Outstanding provision for child and family welfare and well-being permeates the ethos of the school. The school was inspected by Ofsted in January 2019 and was graded ‘Good’ with our Nursery and Early Years graded ‘Outstanding.’
‘Pupils and staff enjoy warm relationships. Staff know pupils extremely well, helping to nurture and guide their development. Interactions between pupils and adults are heartfelt and genuine. In return, pupils treat the staff with the utmost respect. Pupils flourish within this trusting and caring environment.’
Our creative curriculum is enhanced by a wide variety of extracurricular clubs and activities offered throughout the year which include sports clubs, craft, arts, dance, and gardening club. We also run a very popular Breakfast Club and Care After School Time (CAST) facility.
Our children enjoy coming to school and are proud of their school community. They uphold our school ethos to ‘work hard, behave well and care for one another.’
