Sellindge Primary School
Ashford
School Description
Sellindge Primary School is situated in a rural location, surrounded by farmland, between Ashford and Hythe. The building dates back to 1900 but has been completely renovated and has lots of outside space, including a woodland area. The school was judged as ‘Outstanding’ at its last two OfSTED inspections.
The school is currently expanding to become a 1FE school and a new building was completed in September 2021 as part of this expansion. From September 2022 as part of our expansion we will move to single year groups across the school.
From September the school will have 137 children on roll. The school is dedicated to the welfare of our pupils and ensures that all members of staff are committed to our safeguarding policy.
Our school maintains a small village school feel with a real sense of community amongst staff and children.
