Barming Primary School
Barming Primary School is a member of the Orchard Academy Trust family of schools and is made up of Allington Primary School and Barming Pre-School and Primary School. We cater for 2 - 11 year olds. It is a well-equipped two-form entry primary school serving the village of Barming (and surrounding areas) on the edge of Maidstone. We have approximately 466 children in purpose built accommodation, including shared resource and work areas, corridor libraries and a computer suite. Our school has a large site which provides admirably for our social and academic work. We strive for a provision committed to enabling every child to become the very best they can be, encouraging high expectations and working hard to achieve the very best for everyone in our school.
Barming Primary School is committed to developing staff in order to ensure that teaching and learning in the school is of the highest standard. We endeavour to provide a high quality provision within an inclusive environment and ever changing financial position.
Well-being is high up on our priorities, ensuring that this is cascaded throughout our school for children, staff and wider community. This helps to provide an environment that is continuously looking at work/life balance - work hard / play hard!
Barming Primary School is committed to safeguarding children.
