Medway Hub SEMH Assistant Headteacher

This is a wonderful and exciting opportunity for a committed and talented leader to take responsibility for our two SEMH Provisions in Medway. The successful candidate will join the Schools Senior Leader Teams to support and develop our practitioners using their skills, knowledge and specialism. Elaine Primary is located in Strood and Delce Academy is located in Rochester.  This is an opportunity to be a part of something big and exciting!

 

The role will involve:

  • Creating a shared vision for the development of inclusive practices across our SEMH Provisions.
  • Working closely with staff to develop our teaching and learning practices to support children with additional needs.

Interested candidates will have:

  • Extensive experience of working closely with a range of professionals to ensure children and families have access to the support they need.
  • Developed, and implemented, proven systems, procedures and policies that enable early identification and secure the very best for provision for children.
  • A strong passion and sense of equity to achieve excellence for some of the most vulnerable families and children.
