Knole Academy in Sevenoaks is looking for an enthusiastic professional with a genuine passion for education to join our team and make a difference.

A qualified counsellor is required to work within our school to actively support the mental health and wellbeing of both our students and our staff. The role will also involve working closely with our Heads of Year, Pastoral and AEN departments in assisting and supporting students in need of professional support on both a one to one basis and group basis.

Salary will be paid according to experience £24,158 - £26,050, (equates to £21,113 - £22,766 per annum for term time working).

37 hours per week (Mon - Thurs 8.00 - 4.30 pm, Fri 8.00 – 4.00 pm),  38 weeks term time plus two weeks.

Introduction to Knole Academy

Knole Academy has a capacity for 1550 students aged 11-19. We are an all ability co-educational school with a grammar stream which has developed exponentially over the last few years.
