Working pattern: 8.15am - 3.45pm, 6.5 hours per day, 3 days a week for 38 weeks per year, term time only. Fixed Term Contract - until the end of this academic year.

 Downe Primary School is a very small village school with a big ambition; to provide the very best for every child. We have a very caring and inclusive ethos and are looking to appoint an HLTA to join our highly experienced and friendly team. The contract is for two terms in the first instance, until the end of this academic year.

We are looking for someone who has the experience and skills to step into our school mid-year and deliver PPA across our 4 classes of mixed age-group children. We value diversity and the strengths and individuality of all and we welcome applications from anyone with the knowledge, behaviours and skills to fulfil this role.

 The successful candidate will have experience of working directly with children and alongside other members of staff in a primary school setting, across all age groups. The successful candidate will hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
