We have a vacancy for a highly motivated, talented music teacher to teach Music during PPA release time for four classes over two afternoons per week.

The successful candidate will have excellent classroom management and teaching skills, and be committed to building on the strong music provision that has been established at our school.

Boughton Monchelsea Primary is a one form entry school set in spacious, attractive grounds on the outskirts of Maidstone.

Our school prides itself on its caring, supportive approach, which encourages children to achieve excellence in all that they do. Our values of excellence, determination, respect and responsibility are at the heart of everything that we do.

There is a well-established team ethos at Boughton Monchelsea, and staff wellbeing is important to us. Staff development is a key priority, and we provide a range of CPD opportunities for all.

Parts of our school building date from 1850, but the site has been updated over the years to incorporate a purpose-built Infant Block, indoor swimming pool, library and hall. We have extensive outdoor learning areas, including our own wood where we hold Forest School sessions in the summer.
