We are looking for an Attendance & Admissions Officer to join our fabulous office team!

  • This position is fixed term until 31st August 2022 with the view to it becoming permanent for the right applicant and budgets permitting.
  • We are looking for an experienced candidate who is confident using SIMs and ParentMail.
  • Candidates will need to be positive, friendly, be highly confidential in all matters and have a professional attitude and excellent inter-personal skills.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for all administration associated with school admissions, attendance and some data management along with general school office duties.
  • You must be available for a transition week in December

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • The ability to prioritise the workload to ensure essential procedures are completed in a timely manner.

Joy Lane Foundation Primary School includes a PVI Nursery and a Special Resourced Provision (ASD) which is set in beautiful, extensive grounds near to Whitstable beach and town centre. We have just over 700 children attending our Nursery, Oysters SRP and twenty one mainstream school learning environments; the School also benefits from its wonderful swimming pool and Forest School.
