Lansdowne Primary School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Intervention Teaching Assistant to support individual and small groups of children.

This role is funded as part of the government's Covid recovery premium therefore we are offering this role on a temporary contract initially, to be reviewed 31/08/2022. It is likely that this role will be extended as the government have indicated the catch up programme will be extended beyond this date.

We are looking for someone who can bring motivation, energy and excellent communication skills to the role.  You will play a vital role in supporting our children with their educational, physical, emotional and social development, and play an active role alongside the teacher and SENCO in shaping and supporting the learning of the children.

This has been a challenging year and we are committed to providing the best support to help our children 'catch up' and achieve their full potential. 30hrs/43 paid weeks (term time + 5 weeks holiday). 
Pro rata'd salary on KR3 
(30hrs @ 43 paid weeks) will be approximately £12,520.00 gross

Please note this role is attached to funding and therefore will be a temporary contract subject to review on 31st August 2022. If the funding is removed or reduced the contract may change before the review date.
