Contract Type: Temporary maternity cover, likely duration is a maximum of 1 year.

Payscale: Sandwich Technology Support Range 5 points 15-17 £16,534 - £17,515 (Pro rata to £19,723 - £20,893)

37 hours per week, term time only

We wish to appoint a PEP manager to work closely with Children In Care (CIC) to support them in making the best possible learning academic and personal progress. The post holder will be expected to support students through mentoring, lesson observation and support/feedback and home visits.

If you have the necessary skills and personal qualities to support our CIC students in helping them to achieve their potential, then you could be the person we are looking for.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour
  • Experience of working in a school/education environment, ideally supporting an inclusion/behaviour unit/Looked After Children
  • Experience of multi-agency meetings and liaison
  • Good ICT skills
  • Good administrative skills such as minute taking and filing
  • A patient and resilient person who is hard working and committed.
