Brompton Academy is seeking to find a dynamic, charismatic, forward thinking strategic leader, who has the energy, intellectual capacity and determination to innovate, drive forward, inspire, and bring cohesion and integration to our ambitious post 16 agenda. The UKAT post 16 provision is based at both Brompton Academy and Chatham Grammar, and the successful candidate will be based at Brompton Academy, working alongside another Assistant Principal for post 16. 

Applicants for this post should be able to evidence successful strategies used for:  building relationships, developing processes and systems, understanding of pedagogical practices for outstanding post 16 learning and progress, raising student and staff aspiration and motivation. 

This post requires a resilient individual who relishes a challenge and is not adverse to taking risks. The post holder will also be key member of the strategic UKAT senior team at Brompton Academy.
