We have an exciting new position available based at our DEALT Central Services Team office in Northbourne CE Primary School for a permanent Facilities Administrator for 40 hours per week, term time.

Could you work in a busy office bouncing ideas off colleagues and make the role your own?

The role involves a range of activities to support the smooth running of all facilities within the DEALT.  This will include:

  1. Being a point of contact for managers, administration and premises staff.
  2. Answering queries from internal staff in relation to the Health & Safety, maintenance, renewal and allocation of facilities with the DEALT.
  3. Reporting to the CFO and other managers on performance and policy matters.
  4. Working with colleagues in the DEALT to obtain up to date information and answer queries/support the work of the team at all times.

Applicants would need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good IT skills and have a proactive approach.

Ideally the applicant would have experience of Health and Safety, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills to work with colleagues at all levels.
