Westgate Primary School, which is a welcoming, vibrant and inclusive community school in Dartford is seeking to appoint a passionate leader who can join our fantastic team and help lead our school on its journey to outstanding.

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional with experience and a proven track record of effectively leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning and with experience of successfully leading improvement and raising standards. Our multi-cultural and diverse community is highly valued by our families and staff and as a school we expect everyone to actively contribute to and promote our strong, positive ethos.

You will be an integral part of the Leadership and staff team and play a pivotal role on the journey to achieve the highest standards of learning, aspirations and achievement for all pupils. Alongside this, you will take an active role in the leadership and management of the school, being an exemplar role model and committed to the vision of the school. Whilst this role is a non-class based role, you will be required to have responsibility for supporting teaching and learning.
